Biography

Yang Ruinian began practicing in 2004 and has focused on the field of oculoplastic surgery for 16 years, with tens of thousands of successful oculoplastic surgery cases. After earning a Doctor of Medicine degree in Plastic Surgery in 2012, he went on to conduct postdoctoral research in plastic surgery at the Plastic Surgery Research Center of the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University in Canada. In 2016 and 2017, he was selected as an Outstanding Plastic Surgeon by the Yunnan Medical Plastic and Aesthetic Association for two consecutive years, and he currently serves as Vice President of the Oculoplastic Surgery Branch of the Yunnan Medical Plastic and Aesthetic Association. He has received further training and studied oculoplastic surgical techniques at renowned institutions including BK Plastic Surgery Hospital, Samsung Plastic Surgery Hospital, and Myongji University Hospital in South Korea, as well as Sakata Plastic Surgery Hospital in Tokyo, Japan, and has engaged in exchanges and research in the field of oculoplastic surgery with renowned plastic surgeons such as Cho In-chang, known as the uncrowned king of oculoplastic surgery in South Korea.
